Sooo, having just come off an H/D did you consider taking off the muffler, getting Screaming Eagle pipes, rejetting the carbs and adding lots of chrome yet? :-)

On my 04 Roadster the throttle heated grip doesn't seem to be working but the left side is fine. Where are the weaknesses that cause the failures? Why use the same old plastic tie wraps? Why not use small Velcro straps. They would provide a wider area of contact and you can regulate the amount of tension so as not to over tighten. I'm just sayin.
