Reasoning ? The R1150r swing arm directly mounted to gearbox - I like the clean look & direct attachment , which BMW left to go back to Trellis Subframes .. seems crashing with swing arm damage necessitated a gear case in some instances . The rounded sculpted lines rather than hard crease beauty...
