You're right about the bench seat; I've had mine posted on the BMWON Flea Market and have had zero inquiries. I had my R1100R seat re-done by Sargent years ago, and would considering having my bench seat go under the knife, except they don't seem to have a tall option for the R1200R. The comfort sad...

Trade R1200R Comfort Std Height Saddle For Tall?
I'm pretty happy w/ my BMW comfort seat, but I'd like it even more if it were the tall version (I'm 6' 0"). Is there anybody out there with the tall saddle who'd be happier with the standard height?

My understanding is that the ABS hardware situated under the tank requires a 1 gallon smaller tank.
I've run out of gas 2 (or 3...) times. 185 miles and I'm pushing. Yes, I know it's not good for the fuel pump to run it dry.
