For the brakes - one thing to try if you are handy is to remove the pads and scuff them up to make sure there is no glazing then aggressively clean the discs with green scotchbrite and brake clean. While there are lots of problems with warped rotors sometimes it's just due to build up on the rotors...

My bike started developing a vibration in the front end, under braking. It's really bothersome. I was at Deals Gap the other day and I was afraid of using the front brake while leaned over, it's that bad. Of course, the first thing that comes to mind is... rotors. BTW - there is no alternator belt adjustment - it's an elastic belt. IF the dealer changed the alternator adjustment, they have just greatly shortened the life of your belt. There is a standard distance between the crank pully and the alternator pully - that isn't supposed to be changed. They "...
