Just had this happen on Sunday, but my fault. Took a shortcut out of a carparkafter our lunch stop, up a small rise and over a kerb and the clamp hit the concrete on the way down - must have eaten too much. Heard the noise but only noticed the clamp at the next stop. Oops.
